<h4 id="css_cs_cursor">CHILDREN AND EXTRA PERSON POLICY</h4><p id="css_cs_cursor">All children are welcome. No minors (age under 18) allowed to check-in alone without a legal guardian.</p><p id="css_cs_cursor">All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.</p><p id="css_cs_cursor">One older child (age of 15 and under) or adult is charged AUD $30 per person per night in an extra bed.</p><p id="css_cs_cursor">One child under 2 years is charged AUD $50 per stay in a child's cot/crib.</p><p id="css_cs_cursor">*For fire safety reasons, the maximum number of extra beds and cots in a unit is 1.</p><h4>SAME DAY BOOKINGS</h4><p id="css_cs_cursor">All bookings made for arrival on the same day MUST arrive during office hours".</p><h4>OFFICE HOURS</h4><p id="css_cs_cursor">Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 12 noon &amp; 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm</p><p id="css_cs_cursor">Saturday: 9:00 am to 12 noon</p><p id="css_cs_cursor">Sunday and Public Holiday: Closed</p><h4>PROPERTY CANCELLATION</h4><p id="css_cs_cursor">Policy Deposit and Cancellation</p><p id="css_cs_cursor"><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">During COVID-19, no payment is required at reservation. Unless booking is made within 7 days before arrival, full payment will be required.</span></p><p id="css_cs_cursor"><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">You will require to make the full payment of the reservation when you receive an outstanding balance reminder email from us (usually between 7 to 14 days before your arrival).</span></p><p id="css_cs_cursor"><strong>ALL GUESTS ARE SUGGESTED TO PURCHASE APPROPRIATE TRAVEL INSURANCE ONCE THE PAYMENT IS MADE,</strong>&nbsp;in case cancellation is needed, due to borders closure, positive COVID detected, change of mind, etc. Sanctuary Lake Apartments will provide you the appropriate statement/receipts for the claim on your insurance.</p><p id="css_cs_cursor"><strong>*STRICTLY NO AMENDMENTS OR CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED 7 DAYS OR LESS FROM CHECK-IN AND FULL PAYMENT WILL BE FORFEITED.</strong></p>

Three bedroom apartments at our Currumbin Beach accommodation feature two Queen sized beds and two single beds (on top floor) or a choice one Queen Sized beds and four single beds (on ground floor) and are suitable for a maximum of 6 guests.
